We don't just deploy and leave. We monitor, maintain, and report through comprehensive SLA-backed tiers. All rates in KES, exclusive of VAT.
A one-time onboarding fee of KES 20,000–50,000 applies to new Managed Service clients, covering infrastructure audit, documentation, and system baselining. Initial agreement term: 12 months, renewing monthly thereafter.
